More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
